SelfContour is an iOS app that helps users understand personal wellbeing patterns and choose small next steps. The app may show assessment questions, contour reports, toolkit suggestions, check-ins, and support information.

SelfContour does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, therapy, emergency intervention, or professional mental health care. Reports and suggestions are informational and reflective only.

Purchases and access
SelfContour may offer paid access through Apple App Store in-app purchases. The MVP paid plan is a lifetime unlock for the full contour report and related premium report features.
Purchases, refunds, and payment methods are handled by Apple. RevenueCat is used to manage entitlement state and restore purchase access inside the app. Availability, pricing, taxes, and product names may vary by App Store region.
SelfContour uses Apple's standard licensed application terms unless a separate written agreement is provided. You can read the Apple Standard EULA.
Privacy and local data
SelfContour is currently designed without user accounts, analytics, or server upload of assessment answers. Please read the Privacy Policy for details about local data, purchases, support requests, and deletion.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with purchase systems, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, or use SelfContour in a way that violates applicable law or harms another person.
Changes and availability
SelfContour may change over time as the app moves from MVP to release. Features, pricing, wording, and availability may be updated. These terms may also be updated when the product changes.
